More testing required

Ubisoft announced the the games Riders Republic and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Extraction will launch respectively on October 28th, 2021 and January 2022. The reason given for these delays are that more players testing is required to ensure the best experience for all players and for the games to be as they were intended. Ubisoft affirms that this will help them achieve that goal and the player will appreciate having to wait a little longer.

It is always a bit of a disappointment when you get to see some game play at evens like the E3 and provided a date, only to have it postponed. I believe that Cyberpunk 2077 is still fresh in the minds of the gamers and I think they are hoping for Ubisoft to take the required extra time and not to rush the product to the market if it is to be as buggy as the product from CD Projekt RED.

Ubisoft also affirms that these delays will not impact the company financial goals for 2021-22, as they are more game scheduled by Ubisoft to launch this year, let’s see if more games requires additional player testing before being released.
