Not alone in the Force
Jedi Survivor is the follow-up game to Jedi Fallen Order. You again take on the role of Cal Kestis out to save the galaxy from the Empire. With the help of BD-1 and some returning and new companions. It became possible to fight back the Empire again, since April 28th.
Synopsis
Five years since the events of Jedi Fallen Order, Cal Kestis continues his fight against the ever growing Galactic Empire. After barely escaping Coruscant and the Mantis taking damages. With repairs needed to the ship, Cal turns to the previous pilot for help. Greez, now the owner of a drinking hole on Koboh. Even if the planet is far away from the peering eyes of the Empire, it is not without it’s own set of troubles. Upon landing Cal is confronted to the leader of the Bedlam Raiders, seems that Gen’Dai Rayvis, is up to no good. But what could raiders want on a desolate mining planet?
Just like riding a bike
The transition from the previous game to this new one is almost seamless. The controls have remained the same and therefore it makes it very easy to get back on wielding the Force. It will be even easier for player who have gone back to the old game just to remember the storyline.
And even more
Yes the game is pretty much the same, but no it is not exactly the same, some elements have been added, including the different stance and the use of single or double-bladed lightsaber. And while we are at it why not add a blaster stance to the mix. Yes, Cal will be able to use both lightsaber and blaster as paired weapons. And to those , these is al the different cosmetics. New weapons, new looks and new gadgets, can we ask for more?
Home sweet home
In the first game, the home for the group was the Mantis, well it seems that Cal has a liking on living where Greez is. In Jedi Survivor, your home is that cantina on Koboh, where again you can grow plants. People that you meet in your travel will be invited to stay at the cantina, once they are on site they will offer different services, who knows how they can help you until you ask them.
Finale note
For review purpose, the game was played on the PS5. I think this game is FLAMING HOT, For the star wars fans and not, if you like the firts one you are certain to enjoy this one as well. The Game is available on Playstation 5, Xbox Series and PCs.
